* It was discussed that Project Management and Grant writing can still be done in Year 4.
* A brief overview with regards to what should be done when it comes to Management of patients with Sickle cell disease during the Covid19.
* For Year 4- Activities should involve more sites. Expansion in order to involve more sites in the Skills development activities.
* Prof Obiageli suggested more harmonization, in terms of actual participation by different countries through online virtual platforms.
* It was suggested that once a quarter, different countries should participate in targeted skills development activities.
* Prof Julie suggested to explore the use of ECO for training health care workers. It’s an online system for training health care workers.
* Prof Julie suggested training Webinars, where a country can provide webinar in a particular area of expertise.
* Scoring sheet to be shared with other people in the consortium.
