• Finalize RedCap database
• Sites to start collecting data into RedCap
• Practice notes to be standardized across sites (Standards of Care Group).
• All documentation and curricula should be in a format that can reviewed by the
external reviewers by the 1st of February
• Sites to share with Oby existing curricula for training health care workers and
caregivers for standardization
• Sites to identify one person to lead retrospective studies
• Sort out fund transfer logistics to Nigeria
• First year reports to NIH are due on the 1st of February, internal deadline is 26th of January
• List of SOPs & Guidelines to be requested from H3Africa (Vicky & Furahini to
send Julie & Ambroise)
• Guidelines to be provided to guide what could be termed News.
• Correct typo in Newsletter (SADaCC & SPARCO).
